Let It Be

My dear child, feeling led to host a ministry event or getting involved in one is a natural outworking of my Spirit, who dwells in you. If you feel that I am calling you to it, don’t question your ability or gifting to excel in this service. You will be equipped with all that you need. Do ALL that’s in your heart to do and then leave the results up to me.

Be careful not to fall into the trap of numbers or performance.

Simply relinquish the ministry engagement to me, place it at my feet and then move in the direction you are being led. Worries, fears and performance-minded striving will cease and you will find yourself at rest.

I do all things well so you can trust me that it will be exactly what it’s supposed to be at the appointed time. The individuals who attend will be those whom I’ve divinely led. I already know what’s going to be said and done and I know how my Spirit is going to move. I know who will flow with my Spirit, who will minister to me and how participants will interact with one another. I am also keenly aware of who will receive what I pour out at that specific time.

If your ministry is really about me, then it’s not a reflection of you, what you are doing or who likes it. The pressure for all to go well is no longer on you. You can let it be, as you freely permit me to have my way. You may not see all the fruit of it at the time but be assured that I am working. Your most important task is obedience. I will bring the blessing.
