How Great A Love

My darling, you are so lovely! You are beauty itself to me. (Song of Songs 1:16) TPT

It is time that you are reminded of how much I love you. You tend to think that you are only lovable when you are good or feeling happy or well. What transforms your spirit when you are down is love.

I am love; I am the author and the creator of it. Because my relationship with you is built on commitment, I am a safe and secure place for you to flourish and to dwell. Love can only blossom in an atmosphere of security. When you are free to be yourself, you are also free to give yourself fully without restraint.

Dearest child, I am patient even when you are difficult. You can be at ease with me. I don’t take offense or get aggravated by you because you are having an off day. I formed you in your mother’s womb and know you even better than you know yourself. I’m not keeping a list of your sins, nor do I have any intention to shame or expose you. I accept you and love you as you are.

When you are honest with me about your feelings, I celebrate. My love COVERS all. I won’t ever give up on you because you’ve failed or come short in some area. I always believe the best in you and I will be by your side through the good times and the bad. I’ll never stop loving you because love never fails. My love is constant, enduring and endless; it will always deposit faith and hope in your soul.

This is why I’ve been longing to send you this love note. I want to encourage you so you have a change in your outlook. Continue to speak face to face with me, my precious one. I will quiet the noise in your soul and something far greater will take its place, MY LOVE.
