Travel Light

Children, I want you to travel light on this life’s journey. Rid yourself of toxic baggage by letting go of the past and releasing those who have hurt, disappointed or offended you. Stop resuscitating old wounds by rehearsing them in your mind. Refuse to keep them alive; I have things for you to do.

You’ve been through heartache and your soul is tired but you can still be at rest. Allow the grief you’ve suffered to make you sensitive to others. Someday, someone is going to need your compassion and you will be the one who can sympathize with his or her sorrow.

Do you want to proceed forward? Then, let go of what wasn’t working and move on. Shut down the voices of the past and hear my voice. All that you’ve been through will be used to propel you into the destiny that is waiting for you, should you cooperate with me. New assignments and hope will spring forth. Only be conscious of your environment and every invitation, which I send your way.

Unburden yourself and cast your concerns on me. Heaviness of heart will lift and you will be free to walk graciously into this new season of your life.
