Imagine This!
While asking the Lord what he wanted me to write about this week, he gave me a very distinct impression, which I will share. Imagine this! Envision a box, sitting on a table in front of you. Watch as I press the top and the bottom inwards and then fold it flat. When you first envisioned the box, you could put something inside of it but after it was folded flat, it couldn’t hold anything. It’s not useful when it’s flat and folded. It’s the same way with you, my children.
You are fearfully and wonderfully made but when you close up and draw inward, you lose your purpose. I do not want my children living in scarcity. I long for you to experience fullness in every area of your being and I relish the thought of you moving out in faith. As I become increasingly larger in your life, all that intimidates and seeks to deter you will diminish in size and strength. Break forth, break out and take a risk. Wholly embrace my peace, my joy, and the wholeness that is yours for the asking. Receive the loving encouragement and inspiration of a Father who knows his child intimately and knows all that you are capable of.
Never apologize for the way that I wired you; I did so for a particular purpose. Position yourself in such a manner that you make yourself available in the area which you feel my spirit is calling you to. Honor my desire to use you to exhibit my glory. Just be yourself; do not hide or walk in any shame whatsoever. You are my workmanship, created for good works, which I’ve planned ahead for you to do. (Eph.2:10) I will shine through you as you go about your business, sure-footed, energetic, strong, and full of passion. Every place your foot will tread will turn into holy ground and I will make your feet swift and light. You already have all you need. Now, recognize the special parcel and unique individual I’ve made you and am sharing with the world!
