Divine Living
Do you know that I see everything you do? If you give a cup of cold water to one of my children because you belong to the Messiah, you will be rewarded . (Mark 9:41). Blessings, which you bestow on others that men don’t know about or acknowledge, are secrets between you and me.
As your Father, I will openly reward what I see you do in secret. As you bless those around you and speak life and encouragement into the core of their being, you are storing up treasures for yourself in heaven. Giving is the currency of heaven. As you share your gifts, talents, financial blessings and love with those whom I lay on your heart, the kingdom of God is being activated.
You do not need the praise of men when you have the affirmation of a job well done by your Creator and the Lover of your soul. The gift of my Son to mankind goes on when my children give and spare not. Do not fear that you will not have enough for yourself or your family when you share what you have in your hand now. No matter how much you give, God always has more. Give and I will flood you with so many blessings that you will barely be able to receive it. Your faithfulness and loyalty to me is always recognized, especially when you do good to those who are in the household of faith.
Sometimes my blessings return to you in unexpected ways; they are not always financial. I may choose to heal your body, heal an old relationship or give you a new one. I may impart to you a spiritual gift, infuse you with energy or perform an inner, emotional healing. My Spirit might pour out my Presence in a way that you’ve never experienced before.
Do not withhold your love and blessings from others and I will not withhold any good thing from you. This is a divine and fulfilling way to live. By honoring my Word and being obedient, you can expect me to keep my covenant promises.
